Since2007,our country carried out Free Education Policy in six Normal Universities directly under the ministry of Education. To now, the policy have lasted for more than six years. The six universities have trained seven round students and the front third round graduates have been in jobs. This policy wants to attract more talent students to normal major. Trough the systematic training in normal universities, they can become good teachers and potential educators.The policy ask them work in middle school or primary schools by a full employment system in order to improve the level of primary and secondary school teachers team construction and promote the basic education reform and development.Any policy includes its decision-making body, the executive body and objects body. Free normal students is the main object body of the policy, those who have graduated as well, because they are still restricted by the policy. Whether the policy is scientific and reasonable, are there any problems during the implementation process, and can the policy achieve its original aim, those graduated free normal students have deep feelings about this, so they have a voice most.Therefore, this paper attempts to study them for free normal education policy feedback from Free Normal subjective experience point of view, in order to provide some suggestions for policy improvement and perfection. The article is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, describes the background and significance of the study, the core definition, literature review, research ideas and methods and possible innovations and difficulties; second part of the survey is to establish and survey implementation process, including the basis for the establishment of the survey, according to the survey content designed to investigate the implementation process, the survey content is the core of the policy provisions into the culture, employment rules and regulations graduate in three dimensions; third part is the questionnaire and interviews statistics, including basic information as well as survey respondents feedback on policy results. Policies which were the result of feedback from the four aspects of the description:One free education for graduates of the training requirements of the feedback, the second is the employment provisions of the feedback, the third is the feeling of graduate school requirements, fourth overall feel of the policy; the fourth part is the survey results and analysis, according to the classification of feedback, the survey results into a policy of positive feedback and negative feedback policy, free college students found a significant role in the affirmation free Teacher education policy while the policy unsatisfactory, such as:inter-provincial employment is too harsh, prepared not implemented, long service life, graduate high cost and other issues; fifth part is to improve the proposal of Free Teachers Education Policy, the author for free normal Health policy for negative feedback made the following recommendations training students for a free demonstration to introduce competition mechanism, improve the access and exit mechanism, enforcement mechanisms and voluntary mechanisms combining relaxation of restrictions on free education for graduate studies, the inter-provincial should be more flexible employment regulations, appropriate to shorten the service life, while the central government decentralization should strengthen the supervision of the local administrative department of education, the development of basic education teachers salary equalization policy...
