The future of the country and the nation is related to student’s health, has alwaysbeen attention to the party and all the government. In recent years, the Ministry ofEducation promulgated a number of policies and guidance, the trend of physicalfitness decline has been restraint for years, but the required improvements have notbeen really resolved, how to promote physical health of students currently reached acrucial stage. This study is aimed at this problem, we designed three "sports package"program, and to be used in public physical education, aims to provide informationand inspiration for sports teaching reform and improve public college students’physical health.In this study, using measurement and test method, we choose KunmingUniversity of Science2012Public Sports Elective students as subject,it contain fourclasses,we measured students "aerobic endurance package","power package " and "flexible packages " teaching experiment,2hours per week, each class of15to20minutes, a period of16weeks, The following main results shows:First, the "Aerobic endurance package" of experimental class male and female,before and after the experiment, body weight, subcutaneous fat thickness, body fatpercentage, there were significant differences (male: P <0.05, female: P <0.01,);vital capacity BMI, three minutes there were significant step index difference (male:P <0.01, female: P <0.05).Second, the "Power package" of experimental class male and female before andafter the experiment, standing long jump, there were significant differences (P <0.01);There was a significant difference (P <0.05) grip BMI index boys.Third, the "Flexible packages" of experimental class male before and after theexperiment, it reflected significant differences (P <0.01) for Sit and Reach.Fourth, after the "Aerobic endurance package" experimental classes and controlclasses, three minutes stairs index showed significant differences (P <0.05);girlsweight, subcutaneous fat thickness, percentage of body fat are very significant presence difference (P <0.01); the boys weight and the body mass index FVC have nosignificant difference (P>0.05).Fifth, after the "Power package" experimental classes and control classes, thereis a very significant difference for standing long jump (P <0.01); There was asignificant difference (P <0.05) for Boys grip BMI index.Sixth, after the "Flexible packages" experimental class and the control class girlsexperiment, there is a very significant difference (P <0.01) for the girls’ sit and reach.
