Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The First Traditional Sports Sports School In China

This paper is mainly on the first of China’s science and technology the traditional school sports development present situation, existing problems, influencing factors and Countermeasures research. China’s first batch of science and technology of traditional sports school is by the State Sports General Administration, the Ministry of education and the Ministry of science and technology in 2010 jointly issued "on the establishment of the national science and technology of sports traditional school pilot notice", was awarded the "54 science and technology of Sports Science and technology the traditional school sports" honorary title in 2012 May the school is to develop students’ intelligence, improve the student innovation ability and practice ability, arouse the interest of a solid base, students of sports training and sports reserve talented person, is to change the traditional way of our country school physical education, to promote our country sports prosperity, favorable conditions and guarantee of the rapid development of science and technology of sports. The development of Traditional Sports School of science and technology in China has just started, as a new thing, it shows strong vitality, but also in the development process exposed many problems and shortcomings. In order to promote the prosperity of our country sports, traditional sports education reform and China’s traditional school sports science and technology rapid development, this research mainly uses the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis and expert interviews and other methods, to investigate and analyze the status quo of China’s first batch of 54 Science and technology the traditional school sports the influence factors, find the first of China’s science and technology the traditional school sports development and problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for our country sports traditional school science and technology rapid development and the corresponding practical problems.Through the analysis of survey data, summarizes the influencing factors of China’s first batch of science and technology the traditional school sports development mainly include:(1) the national science and technology support is not in place of the traditional school sports policy;(2) high school is not enough emphasis on science and technology of traditional sports;(3) the school sports funds in science and technology less investment in science and technology;(4) physical education teachers with a serious shortage of science and technology;(5) the students sports consciousness is not strong;(6) and sports facilities is not perfect;(7) to cultivate science and Technology Sports talents mode is not perfect;(8) the implementation of a narrow range of science and technology activities and the time is not sufficient.The influence factors of China’s first batch of science and technology the traditional school sports development in the analysis and the existing problems, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:(1) to improve the national and traditional sports schools the school pays attention to the science and technology level, establish and improve the science and technology of sports rules and regulations and related policies;(2) the relevant government agencies and schools should establish a sound the corresponding organization, optimize the organizational structure;(3) the school should increase the Faculty of sports science and technology equipment, science and technology to improve the professional quality of physical education teachers and teaching level;(4) the country and schools to establish science and technology sports talents training mode and transmission mechanism;(5) increase the science and technology of sports funding and support of the government;(6) the school should further improve the construction of science and technology the traditional school sports facilities, establish a comprehensive maintenance mechanism;(7) schools should enrich scientific sports activities organization form, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, improve students’ sports consciousness of science and technology. Sincerely hope that the analysis and Countermeasures to provide reference for relevant departments to improve and accelerate the scientific and technological development of China’s traditional school sports work of these factors, to promote China’s first batch of science and technology the traditional school sports faster and better development and growth to contribute to a force.
