By using the Isomed 2000 isokinetic testing instrument, we had isokinetic test on 4 elite female sprinters’ trunk, bilateral knee and ankle joints of different angular velocity, with the analysis of PT, peak torque of flexor and extensor peak torque ratio, relative peak torque of PT/BW, contra lateral homonymous muscle group than in the PTR index. The data are analysis by SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, and independent samples T test was performed for the lack of related data acquisition, aims to explore the athlete’s body, knee, ankle muscle characteristics and strength training, and provide a theoretical basis for future training.The results showed that: 1, torso test results: trunk extensor strength greater than flexor, along with the increase in angular speed, trunk flexor, extensor muscle strength of trunk flexors and extensors decrease, PT / BW decreased. Hu Jing, Sun Fengyan’s absolute power flexor muscles are weak. Hu Jing, Zhang Xuyan, Sun Fengyan’s flexor muscle explosive force is weak. 2, knee test results: increased knee flexion and extension isokinetic contraction peak torque with the angular velocity and the decrease of H/Q ratio, speed up not with its velocity change remarkably, low H/Q ratio, flexor, extensor group PT/BW decreased. Compared to the left flexor absolute strength Ma mi’s right side is low 26%, compared to absolute strength of left extensor the right side is 30% lower. Hu Jing on the right side of the flexor absolute strength compared to the left lower 18%. Zhang Xuyan left the flexion and extension muscle absolute strength and explosive force development is not balanced, Sun Fengyan side of flexor and extensor absolute strength and explosive force development uncoordinated, hamstring strength weak. 3, ankle joint test results: with the angular velocity of the accelerated plantar flexors and dorsal flexor peak torque has no obvious change. Ankle plantar flexors and flexors PT/BW value changes with the velocity decreases. Flexor and extensor peak torque ratio increases with the increase with the velocity change. Ma mi’s plantar flexors absolute strength and explosive force development is not balanced. Hu Jing’s flexor group is of less power. Zhang Xuyan left and right lateral ankle absolute strength and explosive force isweak. Sun Fengyan’s ankle dorsiflexor strength is absolutely outstanding, but the outbreak of the weak force group.According to the research results, we suggest that: 1, strengthen the trunk flexor muscle absolute power of Hu Jing and Sun Fengyan, strengthen the trunk flexor muscle explosive force of Hu Jing, Zhang Xuyan, Sun Fengyan. 2, Ma mi need to strengthen muscles left before and after the absolute force and bilateral flexor muscle explosive force. Hu Jing needs to strengthen the right femoral muscle after absolute power and bilateral flexor muscle explosive force. The absolute strength of Zhang Xuyan needs to strengthen bilateral femoral muscle group. Focus on strengthening the left femoral muscle after the absolute strength and explosive force. Sun Fengyan strengthened the bilateral femoral muscle after the absolute strength and explosive force. 3, Ma mi needs to improve the absolute strength right triceps and left ankle explosive force. Hu Jing needs to strengthen ankle absolute force, especially strengthen the flexors absolute strength and explosive force. Sun Fengyan should increase the absolute right dorsal flexor muscles strength and explosive force.
