A Study On The Sustainable Development Of Campus Football In Kunming Primary School

In 2009, National Juvenile Campus Football activities were launched officially and Campus Football in Kunming City has been developed for five years since then.The number of the firstly-initiated cities for Campus Football were forty-four, which has increased to forty-eight cities at present. State General Administration of Sport Liu Peng once put that the object of launching Campus Football for teenagers is nothing but to enlarge the population of football and develop reserve talents for football. The more important object is to develop teenager in an all-round way[3].Also,CCCPSC’s Opinion on Strengthening Juvenile Sports and Building up Juvenile Health pointed out clearly that it is relevant to our nation and future to enhance juvenile health and foster teenagers’ healthy grow-up[4]. Among the firstly-initiated cities, Kunming was a very important city for Campus Football, in which the goodness or badness of Campus Football was a reflection to Campus Football in Yunnan Province.This paper selects 32 primary schools in Wuhua District, Panlong District,Gaoxin District, Guandu District and Anling town in Kunming as the research object,employing the methods of literature material, questionnaires, field-visit, interview,mathematical statistics and contrast analysis to probe into the current situation of football in Kunming primary schools. The contents of research includes the genera situation of football curriculum, venues and facilities, teaching staff, campus football league, the fund resources of campus football and the acquaintance of various people to campus football. And it turns out that, based on the local characteristics of Kunming, there is a need to construct a specific approach to develop consistently Kunming’s Campus football, so as to provide some references to enhance Campus Football in Kunming.The results are as follows:(1) There are several factors restricting the development of Kunming campus football, including the defect of sports system, the weakness of sports atmosphere,unreasonable administrative mechanism, insufficient propaganda, no football program,the lack of venues and facilities, inadequate funding, insufficient attention from school leaders, negative parental activeness and low quality of football coaches.(2) Kunming countermeasures for the sustainable development of "the campus football" is:A sound system of kunming "campus football" management;Add primary school football course; Increase capital investment, improve the state of venues,facilities lack;Stationing primary school change leadership, parents of students understanding of the campus football activities;Increase the football teacher team construction;Elementary school has carried out "in kunming, strengthen the campus football" putting the timing of fixed-point football training.
