A Study On The Characteristics Of Coping Styles, Social Support And Their Relationships In Postgraduates Of Physical Education In Yunnan Province

Is the purpose of this study was to explore the basic mental health status of sports science graduate students in Yunnan province, based on the research of sports science graduate students in Yunnan province the characteristics of coping styles, social support, and the relationship between them, for the colleges and universities sports science graduate student mental health education to provide comprehensive, detailed scientific basis. This research USES the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics, in two universities in Yunnan normal university, Yunnan nationalities university graduate student as the research object of sports science, cluster sampling, the coping style questionnaire and social support rating scale(SSRS), questionnaire, investigation and the result was retracted. The statistics, analysis and comparison are made on the recovery of questionnaire, it is concluded that the test results using SPSS19.0(Chinese version) statistical software for statistical analysis. The conclusion is as follows:A, sports science graduate students in Yunnan province response characteristics as follows: the male graduate students of sports science on the coping styles of six dimension scores are higher than that of female graduate students of sports science, and significant difference on the rationalization; Academic graduate students in the era of sports science, for help, fantasy, retreat and rationalization score were higher than in professional sports to school graduate student, and significant difference on scores fantasy, professional sports science graduate student above academic graduate student sports science at problem solving, and significant difference; Ethnic minority sports science graduate students in remorse, for help, fantasy, retreat and rationalization score were higher than Han Chinese graduate students, and significant difference in the fantasy, retreat; Public sports science graduate students in fantasy, retreat on the sports science graduate students score higher than at its own cost, and significant difference on the retreat. In addition, special, different from the different grade, the different whether the one-child in sports science graduate students the characteristics of coping styles there is no significant difference of comparative analysis.Second, sports science graduate students in Yunnan province social support as follows: the characteristics of professional master degree in objective support, subjective support, support on total score higher than that of academic master degree, and significant difference in subjective support, support; Town sports science graduate students in objective support, subjective support, support with a score of three dimension scores higher than that of rural sports to school graduate student, and a very significant difference in objective support, support the significant difference on total score; Not only children sports science graduate students in the use of objective support, subjective support, support degree and support on the total score were higher than the one-child sports science graduate students, and in the use of subjective support, support, support the significant difference on total score. Another different gender, grade, special, different nationalities, different cultivation way in sports science graduate students on the comparative analysis of social support there was no significant difference.Three, sports science graduate students in Yunnan province is the relationship between coping styles and social support: problem solving, help with the four dimensions of social support were positively correlated, which help significantly correlation with support and support to help for the dependent variable in the regression equation, the contribution rate is 3.5%, support the sports science graduate students, the better to help this approach; Self-blame, fantasy, retreat and rationalization and objective support, subjective support, support negatively correlated with total score of three dimensions, and significant difference, objective support into the self-accusation, fantasy, retreat and rationalization equation, the results show that the sports science graduate students of the higher level of objective support, will reduce the use of self-blame, fantasy, retreat and rationalization coping styles. Overall, sports science graduate students social support level is higher, the more adopt positive coping styles, social level is lower, the adoption of negative coping styles.
