In this paper, we use Lee-Carter model to predict the population mortality and average life expectancy of 2014-2020 in China, using 2000-2013 China Population Statistical Yearbook and China census data. Then according to China’s fourth, fifth and sixth census data, compiled sex abridged life table more than 18 million people of ethnic minorities, and to double the number of ways to the 1990 life table retained probability standard, the probability of retirement in 2000 and 2010 were amended. Finally the gray model predicted the life expectancy of 18 million minority people. The conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the 0-4 age group, the mortality rate of the male population from 2014’s 0.94‰ to down to 2020’s 0.56%o, the mortality rate of the female population from 2014’s 0.77%o to down to 2020’s 0.41%o, mortality diminishing, reduction in men than women 0.02%o high; life expectancy for men from 2014’s 76.12 years to grow to 2020’s 77.77 years, female life expectancy from 2014’s 81.22 years to grow to 2020 82.87 years, and life expectancy of women is substantially higher than male, and maintained at about 5 years old.Secondly, in 2010 the average life expectancy of the minority population was 72.6 years (men 69.77, women 75.43), lower than the national average of 74.83 years (men 72.38, women 77.37); the average life expectancy of the minority population the gap between the national average, men in expanding women narrowed; minority male life expectancy to be generally lower than women, and gender differences widen, from 2.9 years in 1990 increased to 5.66 years in 2010; in 2010 a few Ethnic male infant mortality rate 19.29%o, female 20.37%o, higher than the national infant mortality rate (male 13.62%o, female 14.30%o), but the gap narrowed to accelerate, decreased from 1990’s 20.04%o to 2010’s 6.07%o; since 1990, the life expectancy of the minority population in the accelerated growth from 1990 to 2010, an increase of 4.55 year-old male, the female increased 7.31 years; differences in average years of schooling among different ethnic minorities, the urbanization rate and that the correlation coefficient showed a positive correlation between level of education and the average life expectancy 0.76 and 0.73, respectively.Thirdly, in 2020, male life expectancy is the highest relative Korean (80.41), Tujia (79.68) and Hui (79.02), the average female life expectancy is relatively high Zhuang (88.82), North Korea Group (88.77) and Yao (88.00). Between 2010 and 2020 years, showed an increasing trend in life expectancy of more than 18 million people of ethnic minorities, the growth rate for men between 2.51-7.85 years for women between 3.28-8.91 years, and different ethnic groups growth differs between men and women are the biggest growth Hani, were 7.85 years and 8.91 years, the youngest are Man, were 2.51 years and 3.28 years.
