Rapid change is characteristic of the times of the 21 st century, when jobs, MA using new technologies and the Internet to change people’s way of life, lifestyle changes have left many new industries have sprung up, quickly eliminated many old industries unable to adapt to changing times, the old career. Education will change with the change of life style? Born in response to changes in education, school education and teacher education are faced with great challenges, some people choose to resist, some people choose to wait-and-see, some people choose the status quo, but others try. In the present era, many popular educational theories, or actions, along with the pulse of the times and needs be born, such as how far the assessment, learning strategies, reading comprehension, reading literacy, PISA, quality assessment, learning communities, teaching flips, the list goes on. Meaning so as to provide reference for the reform of history teaching in our thinking. Taiwan history in the area of reform of classroom teaching, not wood, the source, is based on the Taiwan area middle school classroom scene to observe and teaching case studies, that is, is based on a research on secondary school reform in Taiwan. Of course, we can’t cover everything, but the two schools as a source of case studies, they are the Jianguo high school in Taipei, and the Taipei first girls ’ high school. Jianguo high school as Taiwan’s oldest, in school and at the largest and most famous high school graduation. On average, the basic academic competence test in the country, held every summer in the top 1%(PR =99) junior high school graduates in Taiwan have a chance to enter the school. In addition, the school is famous for its free atmosphere, diversity in the community development is also quite famous. Each class has a mathematic gifted class two, grade, class flags class gifted class a, the humanities and social sciences classes, sports classes, students number nearly 4,000 people. More than 40% each graduating student of the school(about 500 people) into Taiwan’s most famous Taiwan University’s Department of the school, Taiwan other well-known University, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu transportation University, National Yang Ming University and the Taiwan medical students of various schools on the island, is also the school graduates the most. Total Alumni over the years have been more than 100,000 people worldwide Chinese areas are Taiwan and the largest number of high school graduation. There are many graduate students choose to go to the island first-class universities. Taipei municipal first girls ’ senior high school, referred to the North and a woman, is a located in the zhongzheng district of Taipei high school, is a star high school in Taipei, and Taipei municipal Jianguo high school and that Taiwan’s best high schools.
