Classroom management is a very important field of educational research. The research of classroom management is based on education, psychology, management,and ethics and so on. Now, the revolution of basic education is leading to the changes of curriculum outlook, teaching objectives, classroom teaching, teaching assessment,learning approach, etc. And it also leads to the revolution of classroom management.In the past, classroom management in China is teacher-directed, in which students participate passively. It is an obvious discipline management, which alienates human-beings into things. Its highest object is to improve teaching efficiency. It overlooks students all around development and the ethicality of classroom management. Traditional management theory and traditional Chinese culture are influencing factors. In classroom management, man as a part of ethic relation demands classroom management to obey such ethic relation and to foster mutual development of students and teachers. By documentary analysis,questionnaire survey, interview, classroom observation, the thesis takes teachers and students in junior high schools as respondents, and analyses the basic situation,existing problems and reasons of these problems of junior high school classroom management ethics. Some strategies to improving junior high school classroom management ethics are given. It is hoped to give a direction to change teachers and parents’ management philosophy, to provide some solutions to improve the present classroom management ethics, and to present a new research idea of high school classroom management.The thesis are divided into five parts:Part I: Introduction. It elaborates the background, meaning, method, main content, objects and innovation of the research, and also expounds the domestic and foreign study of related issues. Based on the analysis of the concept of ethics and teaching ethics, the thesis verifies two core concepts-- classroom management and classroom management ethics.Part II: Classroom management in the view of classroom management ethics. It demonstrates the theory background and “ought to be” manifestation of classroommanagement ethics. Finally, it generalizes the basic characteristics of classroom management in the view of classroom management ethics.Part III: The analysis of the present situation of junior high school classroom management ethics. It mainly analyses the present situation through statistical analysis of survey data. It briefly demonstrates the establishment of research tools and survey implement and then analysis the survey result. The survey result and present situation are discussed in four aspects: classroom management philosophy,classroom management standard, management behaviors, and classroom management effect as well as students psychological reflection.Part IV: Existing problems of classroom management ethics. It is mainly about the existing problems and reasons of these problems of junior high school classroom management ethics, which is based on the interview and classroom observation. The existing problems are: utilitarianism of management philosophy, parochialism of management system, discipline of management style. The reasons are mainly talked about systemic reasons, cultural reasons and personal reasons.Part V: Strategies to improve junior high school classroom management ethics.Four strategies are given based on the analysis of existing problems of classroom management ethics the author have mentioned before and combined with the knowledge of education, psychology, management, and ethics and so on: promoting the ethicization of school management style, training teachers’ professional ethical consciousness;improving teachers’ classroom management skills; improving the assessment of classroom management; establishing respectful classroom environment and harmonious relationship between the teachers and students.
