Increased adolescent health problems in China in recent years has caused the wide attention of the society, therefor government conducted project “healthy personality”, “health enhancement” and “formation morale” and other project.During the process of preparing the formation morale project, the Ministry of Education propose to put sports, art, language, history and moral character into consideration as a whole comprehensive education. This is the opportunity that we should take advantage and combine the physical education with the education reformation and development process. Besides, the new education reformation take “healthy priority” as the guide line of physical education, which reflect the severity of adolescent health problem and determination of government.This search selected 115 students as sample, combined cooperative learning and school physical education in practical experiment. It discussed the induction function of cooperative learning to students’ emotion in theoretical and practical level, which has an important practical significance. The conclusion is as follow.1.The sentiment indicator of Luwan senior high school students are at middle and upper level.2.The cooperative learning in sports has a significant positive effect in students’ emotion induction and negative feelings improvement, on aspects of activity, pleasure,anger, depressive and debility.3.The cooperative learning in sports has a significant positive effect in students’ emotional induction, mainly embodied in the dynamic excitation, physical fatigue and engaging. This means the enthusiasm and stamina of students increased.4.Cooperative learning in sports has different effect to different samples. Female students are more easily affected by new pattern of education.
