《 The national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)》presented that we should enrich college culture,develop primary and secondary school community,and the sunlight sports activities definitely presented that we should cultivate students’ abilities of join and cooperation. In recent years, the central and local governments at all levels have done a lot of work,but our country also have some insufficient about the research of sports association, for example,the study of sports association function is not enough in-depth,most of the research is relatively narrow, comprehensive research is more obvious and sports clubs in adolescent students plays the function of the vague, etc. The sports association as the second class of sports activities is the most important part in perfecting humanities teaching, the coordination, the rich campus culture.The development of social adaptation ability can develop the balance of adolescent students’ psychological mechanism,so that they can better deals with all kinds of social life.Social adaptation ability can make a huge influence of adolescent students’ healthy improvement.but the current research on adolescent social adaptation ability towards more investigation about the present situation of different groups of teenagers, the lack of specific measures, and for sports association and adolescent students’ social adaptation ability research is rare. In order to develop the building of sports association,building the sports clubs which are good at young teenagers and finishing the strategic target of sunshine sports.This paper carried out based on the perspective of the social adaptation ability to the development of the sports community research.Therefore this study uses some different ways,for example,literature survey, questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on.Within the limits of Shandong province, we carry out the study with the construction of sports community in Shandong province, young students participate in sports clubs and the present situation of adolescent social adaptation ability,and use the sports community to promote young students social adaptation ability as the research object.According to the study:1.All departments,schools and society care and support the building of the sports clubs,but the sports clubs’ building began a little later than others,stayed in primary stage and were lack of theoretical direction,examples and experience.So we need build some experimental units of teenagers’ sports clubs,issue some governmental supports and increase funding.2.There are many kinds of influences of adolescent social adaptation ability,including family,society,school and so on.And the most memorable influence is the school education.Thesports education at school is the most useful way to developing adolescent social adaptation ability.And the sports clubs is the scientific way which can come true the target.3.The primary students was the main part of joining the sports clubs in Shandong province,and the most way was communal participation.In quantitative terms,the primary students was more than the senior students,boys was more than girls.What’s more. People of the same sex almost join same activities,the boys is given priority to with collective competitive class and individual class society, the girl is given priority to with individual competition and group fitness class society.4.Through the development of adolescent social adaptation ability by joining the sports clubs,age and whether he/she join the sports club or not can make observably difference( p<0.05) about adolescent social adaptation ability.someone who join the sports clubs energetically got 226.51 grades,to the contrary,someone who never join the sports clubs got182.50 grades;In the same instance,different gender don’t have some observably differences(p﹥0.05).The sample of boys who join the sports clubs got 225.04 grades,and the sample of girls who join the sports clubs got 227.90 grades;And different kinds of sports projects can make tiny influence in social adaptation ability,therefore the development of social adaptation ability is organization and activity.5.There are so many element, and the quantity,the frequency and the duration can make observably difference(p<0.05)in developing social adaptation ability.The sample that join the sports clubs once or twice one month got 223.02.grades,the sample that join the sports clubs seventh one month got 238.32 grades;The sample that has 3 sports clubs got 231.97 grades,and it’s the best way.This is the best method that the number of the sports clubs between 50 and80,and they can got 243.75 grades.Of course,the activity with advisers is great,and the grade is233.2.6.We should develop the building of teenagers’ sports association,perfect activity’s way of the sports association,improve organization efficiency,expand the advisers’ training and education,legitimately plan teenagers’ time between learning and activity.And if we can do these things,we will develop adolescent social adaptation ability.Through induction, summary of the results, the following conclusions:1.At present,adolescent students’ social adaptation ability in Shandong province overall performance is good, the dimensions and the score is above the line.2.The development of adolescent students’ sports association in Shandong province is latter than Jiangsu,Zhejiang and so on.And the situation of sports association’s participation is not optimistic,at present, the participation rate is not more than one third,and most of them were junior.3.In the study of sports association’s samples in learning adaptation, self consciousness,social adaptation, family environment, the campus interpersonal relationship, frustration tolerance score on the dimension of the six points, as well as the social adaptation ability of samples on the total score were higher than not to attend, and there were significant differences.Therefore adolescent students’ sports association have a positive impact in promoting social adaptation ability.4.It also needs a suitable standard about participating in the activities of the sports community,neither more of the participation rate, nor longer of the time.As a matter of fact,the best time of participation is 90 minutes,the best number of participation is between 2 and 3.5.And now on the school’s sports association,it has not finished a mature control system yet,just in order to respond country’s call.It has not built clear organizational mechanism.What’s more,it has not a clear direction for achieve goals,has not specific methods and guidance for how to coordinate the purpose of education.6.At present,adolescent students’ sports association is close relatively,organizing is lack of openness,most of activities organized by themselves,so that the participation could not increase more opportunity of knowledge and communication, lack of foreign exchange between community and community,most communication is relatively drab.The way of communication is carrying out some competition mostly,the lack of creativity and diversity.7.Now the development of sports association in Shandong is rapid-developing stage.In the current situation,and there are great environment and prospect of developing.So many school in Shandong province should pay attention to the building of adolescent students ’ sports association and use the great opportunity of development.
