Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Sports Associations In Shandong Province

In the primary of building harmonious society, politic and economic in our country has taken place greatly in many ways. With the great development of people’life in the economic and culture growing better, people focus more on their health.Rural sport club as new active forces in the countryside becomes an important way to physical fitness of people, which greatly make people’ life more various and improve their enthusiasm. Rural sport club plays a positive role in promoting rural economy and developing rural sports in our province. As sport power in china, because of the limitation of history and real conditions in Shandong province, rural sports clubs started late, and the development scale is not yet mature. Shanxian as a country city with rural representation, lies in the southwest of Shandong province, and rural sports clubs in Shanxian have the characteristics of their own development because of the particularity of history and geographic. By researching rural sport clubs in Shanxian,we can find the factor of limiting the development of rural sport club in Shanxian, to improve the theory of club and meet people’ need of fitness, to improve the development of rural sport club in Shanxian.We research this article by questionnaire surveys, literature, mathematical statistics, interviews,and individual cases analysis and so on. We takes the rural sports clubs in Shan Xian as a research object to explore the factors which restrict the development of Shan Xian rural sports clubs in this article,and find the solutions to these problems in order to promote the development of Shan Xian rural sports clubs.By researching rural sport club in Shanxian, we can draw the following conclusion:1. There are five rural sports clubs surveyed which are registered in the sports commission, but these five sports clubs are undocumented in civil affairs bureau. All of the five rural sports clubs are individual sports clubs.2. Membership Fee comes from the fee paid by the members in the rural sports,accounted for fifty-one point three percent of the sources of funds. The lack of the sources of funds is an important reason in blocking rural sport club in Shanxian. The sources of funds are mainly paid for buying equipment of activities and building activities field.3. Activity content of rural sport clubs and activity time of rural sports clubs inShanxian have no certain rules due to the limitation of economic conditions and history conditions in the local.4. The age structure of the leaders in rural sport club tends to aging, having conservative ideology, and they have low diploma. The leaders of the sports club in Shanxian don’t receive professional training, and have more prestige and higher social status in the local.5. The members in rural sport club come from villagers in local villages, and their enthusiasm is not high in activities because of the limitation of the rural realistic condition in Shanxian.6. The management of the rural sports clubs is loose, and clubs have no actual rewards and punishment. The idea of leaders in rural sport club is conservative, and lack of scientific theoretical direction. The leaders and the members in the rural sports clubs have conservative ideas because of the lack of scientific theory and legal awareness, which stops the development of the rural sports clubs in a sense. The local movement and clubs leaders should launch power in order to promote the innovative development of the local rural sports clubs.7. The government doesn’t pay more attention the development of the rural sports clubs. The government doesn’t provide guidance and support to the clubs which lead to blind development of local sports clubs.8. As a result of the limitation of realistic condition, the rural sports clubs are short of activity space and equipment which brings trouble for members in the sports clubs to activity.9. Because of slow economic development, mass basis and propaganda dynamics is weak, which extent restrict the development scale of rural sport club in Shanxian.The government and the leaders of rural sports clubs in ShanXian should launch many-party forces to promote the innovation and development of rural sports clubs in Shanxian.
