Educational informationization, as an important part of informationization in the whole country, plays a profound role in changing educational thought and concept, deepening educational reform, improving education quality and efficiency as well as cultivating creative talents, which is the inevitable choice to realize the leap-forward development of education. As the society enters the era of big data, people pays increasing attention to the development of internet and information industry. Virtual learning community plays an increasingly important role in individual lifelong learning, students’ autonomous learning, distance education and teachers’ professional development. As a means of education of informationization, virtual learning community makes it possible for lifelong education and informationization learning.Cultural identity, as an integral system, refers to general views of people to natural and social phenomenon, reflecting outlook on world, value and life. Cultural identity shows the degree of cultural cognition and acceptance, so it is a process from the shallower to the deeper and from the outside to the inside. The improvement of learners’ cultural identity to virtual learning community can not only enhance their learning efficiency but promote the construction of virtual learning community.Based on the thought of putting forward questions, analyzing and solving questions, this paper investigated the in-service teachers from XX senior high school in Shangdong Province who have participated in academic platform through http://www.qlteacher.com/ and undergraduates majoring in education technology from School of Communication of Qufu Normal Univeristy who have taken part in Study Science and Technology in order to explore the factors influencing the cultural identity to virtual learning community. Firstly, according to the research on the relevant literatures, the factors are divided into environmental factors, including ten aspects, such as popularity, scale, serviceability, usability, enjoyment, safety, community management, interactions among members, knowledge sharing and evaluation system of rewarding and punishing, and personal factors, including four aspects, such as gender, age,education background and self-efficacy; secondly, the questionnaires are carried out on the basis of all factors, and the data collected from questionnaires are circulated and analyzed through Excel 2010 and Spss 19.0. It is found that gender, age and educational background have no significant influence on the cultural identity to virtual learning community. This part is the core of the paper; at last, this paper provides suggestions to improve cultural identity to virtual learning community in light with the conclusion.This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly explains the background, significance, research status of the virtual learning community and cultural identity, and the application of the methods of collation and analysis; the second chapter mainly introduces the definition of virtual learning community and cultural identity, from the definition,virtual community characteristics, classification, definition and classification of the virtual learning community and the cultural identity of the definition, function and level and other aspects of analysis; the third chapter is to establish a model of the influence factors of virtual learning community cultural identity, respectively introduces the influence of the virtual learning community cultural identity of the individual factors and environmental factors; the fourth chapter is the analysis of the influence factors of the virtual learning community’s cultural identity, the survey data were analyzed by SPSS software, the correction model; the fifth chapter is to improve the virtual Suggestions and summary of cultural identity in learning community.
