Research Objectives:Executive function refers to the process of coordination and control of a variety of basic cognitive processes when the complex cognitive tasks are completed.The abnormal executive function can impair the overall function of children’s behavior, and the mild performance is the decrease of motivation level, planning and decision making ability.The research shows that exercise can promote the development of children’s executive function, but the underlying mechanism of physical activity promoting executive function is not clear.Therefore, this study investigated the relationship between physical activity and the effect of physical activity on the primary school students’executive function according to the psychological research norms.With the aid of structural equation model, the mechanism of the effect of physical activity on executive function was further explored.Research method:In Jingzhou City Experimental Primary School, Jiangsu Yangzhou Yucai primary school students in Shandong Province Dezhou primary level three primary schools were selected fourth, fifth grade students for the survey, extraction questionnaire 240 students of primary school physical activity, physical health and executive function were investigated. Using physical activity level adolescent physical activity questionnaire measured using Student Physical Health Standard Evaluation Evaluation of physical health and the use of software to perform functional tests measuring executive function in three dimensions evaluated pupils execution. Data collected using SPSS and AMOS software for processing.Research results:(1)There are significant relationships between primay school students Physical activities,physical fitness,executive funtion and demographic grades.(2)There is a correlation between physical activities’direct influence.Coefficient on physical fitness is0.35.Physical activities’direct influnce coefficient on executive function is-0.30.Physical fitness’sDirect influence coefficient on executive function is-0.46.Physical activities’indirect influence coefficient on executive function by Physical fitness is-0.161.Research conclusion:Physical activity of primary school students can promote physical fitness and executive function, and the effect of physical fitness on executive function can be indirectly influenced by physical fitness.
