Object:Sports almost disorder is considered to be a student’s academic performance improvement. Existing research at home and abroad shows that sports can improve and develop the brain’s executive function, promote academic progress and improve the learning efficiency. And there is a research that proving executive function is related to academic performance closely. So whether the executive function can play a role "mediation effect" performance between sports and academic that is a problem worth exploring.Purpose:Through exploring (1) Tee-ball movement scheme effects on the pupils’executive function; (2) Tee-ball movement scheme effects on the pupils’academic achievement; (3) Tee-ball movement scheme caused by the relationship between executive function and academic changes. In order to investigate whether executive functions play "mediation effect" role between sports and academic achievement.Method:77 pupils of fifth-grade, were randomly assigned into either an exercise group (37) or the control group (40). The experimental group will adapt 8 weeks of Tee-ball teaching plan, the control group has normal teaching activities. Using the Flanker task, More-odd shifting task, 1-back task, task evaluation of two groups of executive function. The academic achievements of Chinese、English、math, as a standard.Results:(1) Tee-ball movement has significant effect on the pupil’s overall executive function and dimensions of executive function. And they all have significant change on completion of the task of accuracy.(2) Tee-ball movement has not significant effect on pupil’s academic achievement.But by comparing the three academic achievement standard scores of M±SD, it can be seen that average mark of the experimental group decreased 0.07%, the average math mark increased 7.62%, the average English mark increased 1.86%.(3)The executive function change has significant correlation with the academic achievement changes, and also can predict academic achievement changes.1-back function and math scores of correlation coefficient r=0.355, P=0.03,1-back function can be predicted math, can explain 10% of variance; Inhibiting function and English correlation coefficient r=0.393, P= 0.02, inhibiting function can predict English, can explain 13% of variance.Conclusion:(1)8 weeks of Tee-ball can develop the students’ executive function;(2)8 weeks of Tee-ball have effect on Pupils’ mathematics, English academic achievement;(3) The development of executive function can forecast students’ math and English achievement.(4) Executive function can play a role "mediation effect" between Tee-ball movement and academic achievement.
