Education practice is an organic part of normal education, and indispensable way to cultivate students and pre-teachers, it presents the actual teaching situation, the student of Normal School will learn the related education theory into practice to improve the professional accomplishment of education. But traditional modes of education practice had some widespread problems:(1) it difficult to contact the practice place;(2) the student lack of careful guidance;(3) teaching quality was influenced on practice school. Therefore, it is an important goal of teacher education explored the suitable and efficient education practice mode based on the characteristics of the normal universities so that promote students’ professional skills upgrading and the quality of education practice."Double contract system" mode of education practice was build, it based on literature analysis and investigation to understand students’ education practice situation, and needs of the students improve their professional accomplishment and practice school needs to improve the quality of teaching, it made full use of positive characteristics that the number of students, solid education theoretical basis and work positive. This mode encouraged students to practice teaching with actively and individuation through the "double contracts" form of "contract course" and "contract students’ learning". Through "contracting courses" ensure that students have sufficient education practice and forcing teachers(former course teacher) must be meticulous guidance to students; through "contract students’ learning" make up the lack of teachers and teaching experience to guarantee the quality of teaching. This mode theory and implementation plan after through constant revision and perfection of and complete the construction, the mode of practice for the first time about part of the chemistry students on March, 2014.Implementation process is mainly divided into three stages: the stage of intensive training before practice, education practice and summarizes the evaluation phase. The practice effect carried on the qualitative and quantitative characterization through questionnaire, interview and grades’ change of practice school students. The implementation of the research results show that the model not only effectively exercise the students’ teaching skills, but also enhance the practice school student’s academic record and ensure the quality of teaching, it also promote the establishment of the new relationship between the interns and students. From the overall, this model is a win-win mode of education practice, it has strong practical value and popularization meaning.The five parts of this thesis mainly are as follows.The first chapter, the introduction of main content is to introduce the mode of the research background, goal and significance, research ideas and methods, etc.The second chapter, the construction of this model was composed of some core concepts, the model of the system constitute, and constructed the theory basis, operating mechanism, and a new relation between students and practice teachers.The third part introduced the implementation process of this model, which including the three major phases that are phases of the preparation, the education internship and Conclusion the evaluation, and the contents and tasks of each stage.The fourth chapter comprised two practice effect researches that qualitative research of taking the practice of chemistry students as the main research objects, and quantitative research of practice teaching results of practice class the students as the main bodies.The fifth chapter was the summaries and improvement suggestions, which was summarizes are the benefits of education practice mode and the existing problems about the "double contract system", and puts forward some feasible suggestions for improvement.
