The China National Constitution Monitoring Report indicates that in China, the national physique is falling holistically,the teenagers’ especially falls significantly.College students has better receptivity for new and higher perceptivity for media information than other groups as modern people.Many college students like surfing the Internet,watching television but they can’t utilize them. It will encourage college students’ initiative in sporting and develop sport media simultaneously if they can join sporting by keeping a watchful eyes on it.The writer learned about Communication and sports behavioristics by document literature researching, concluded the influencing factor of college students’ sports behavior, combining the effect of medias for studying; investigated college students’ sports behavior and contraction with medias among ten colleges in Kunming city by questionnaire method; got a conclusion about correlation between sports media and college students’ sports behavior organizing and analyzing investigating data. This paper will research on there points following:(1) instigation and analysis on college students’ sports behaviors;(2) instigation and analysis on contraction between college students and sports medias;(3) analysis on the influence of different medias for students’ sports behaviors.The conclusions by instigating and analyzing are:(1) College students in Kunming city have a positive attitude and divers values on sports. College students’ movements are not enough to benefit their bodies and the weekly frequencies of some students. Most college students have a moderate month spend on sports, which spend in outfits and equipment mostly. Part of students pay less attention to sports.(2)The sports media that college students regular contract with orderly is net media,interpersonal media, electronic media and print media. The time using different sports medias of college students can be divided into two parts by two hours,and the frequency is divided into two parts by twice a week. College students favor sports news, competition and sports knowledge among in information of different sportsmedias.(3) They are different the effects college students contracting with different sports medias. According to the there conclusions, here are seven proposals following:(1) Arousing college students’ enthusiasm of sporting by playing sports medias’ role effectively.(2) They could be supported by school authorities holding sports lectures or sports lessons, and developing sports clubs to tempt students to join sports personally.(3) Establishing sports column into campus broadcast, increasing utilization of the internal televisions, and making the best of time to spread sports information.(4) Establishing a sports zone into campus newspaper.(5) Establishing sports page into campus website and reporting sports activity inside.(6) College could pay more attention to keep and fix sports venues and facilities, replace new different facilities in time, or increase sports venues, create new venues and facilities for new events allowed capital.(7) It can’t attain the objective unless combination the effects of four sports medias, which is playing sports medias as an actively role to influence college students.
