The main aim of this study is to explore, analysis, and interpret the educational psychological thought of Zhan Ruoshui who was a famous philosopher, ideologist and educationist lived in Ming dynasty. The outcome of the study maybe has a use for reference and enlightenment. In the meanwhile, this study will supply a gap of the history of Chinese psychology.The primary contents of this paper concludes five parts:Part one: the basic educational psychological viewpoints of Zhan. There are four points in this part, "the doctrine that human nature is good ", "doctrine of acquirable knowledge","views on knowing and doing", "cognize and act by the law whenever and wherenever necessary".Part two: the learning psychological thought of Zhan.There are five essentials: "the function of learning", "the process of learning", "the mentation of the process of learning", "the intelligence and non-intelligence factors", "the principles and methods of learning".Part three: the moral educational psychological thought of Zhan.The emphasis of this part is: " the relationship of morality and intelligence", "the relationship of moral education and intelligence education", "the principles and methods of moral education".Part four: the difference psychological thought of Zhan. There are three points. First is "the difference of cognitive style", second is "the difference of personality", third is "teaching students in accoding with aptitude".Part five: the teacher and teaching psychological thought of Zhan. "The function of teacher in the learning process", "the function of school and teaching material", and "the mathod of image teaching" is the essence content of this part.
