Impact Cuba Coaches Work Capacity Factors Analysis And Research

Chinese University Basketball Association (CUBA), the first college basketball league which adopts the industrialized and socialized running-mode in Chinese sports history, has become not only one of the three basketball leagues but also one of the eight sports leagues relayed by CCTV in China since 1998. In order to develop our college basketball market and improve the competition level and make it become one of the top college basketball league in the world, the college basketball committee regards the coach-training as the key point and has been working on this over the past 5 years.In this paper, the writer makes a deep analysis on the main factors that are influential to the CUBA coaches in their work and how much these factors do it from the angle of coaches' ability by using the research methods of documents and data, investigation and survey, mathematical statistics, especially Factor Analysis. The purpose of this study is to provide some reference thoughts for the systematic research and the reinforcement of CUBA coaches.Finally, it points out that the main factors that are influential to the CUBA coaches in their work are as follow: basketball training, conducting matches, management, knowing-how, creation, cooperation, scientific research, self-studying; and that there are striking differences between the younger and the older in self-studying; and that there are striking differences between those who has professional training experiences and those who has not in basketball training; and that there is no striking differences between male and female in all.
