Establishment Of Universities Faculty Card Information Management System

With the coming of information age, much information technology has been applied to the management of institutions of higher education, especially to the management of human resources in institutions of higher education. How to improve the order and effectiveness of management and insure the realization of strategic goals of institutions of higher education through the application of information technology is a difficult problem all managers are faced with.On the basis of the research of informational management of teaching and administrative staff, this paper makes studies on the establishment of management patterns of human resources in institutions of higher education. Under the guidance of the thought that "education should create new platforms, liberate the productive forces, set up new systems and provide supports", this paper also makes researches on the establishment of the all-in-one card informational management system. This paper can be divided into three parts:Part I presents the current situation of informational management of human resources in institutions of higher education together with an analysis of it. Part II gives a review and an analysis the all-in-one card system. Part III makes a research on the function of the all-in-one card system in informational management of human resources.The informational management system of teaching and administrative staff is a comprehensive and systematic management project. Through a research background presentation of establishing the system, this paper puts forward the idea of establishing the all-in-one card informational management system to meet the needs of the management of higher education and the needs of teaching and administrative staff. The paper provides a detailed discussion of the system from several aspects.The purpose of this paper, through the research of establishing all-in-one card informational management system for teaching and administrative staff in institutions of higher education, is to guide institutions of higher education to set up informational management platforms for teaching and administrative staff, to bring about effective and reasonable combination of human resources, process and technology, to realize humanist management and to promote the personal management mode to strategic human recourses management mode. In this way institutions of higher education can raise the positions of their different sections and improve their management, which will in turn help to ensure the realization of the strategic goals of institutions of higher education.
