Research On The Development Of Chinese Professional Football Club

With the professional reform of football of our country, the professional football club of our country has entered the socialist market to operate at the same time too, and accepted the restraint of law on the market. The professional reform has expended the funds of more than 10 billion, and obtained a lot of progresses, however the more what we got is puzzle dom over the past 11 years, Chinese football, facing the obstruction of various fields, enters the market step by step in the frustration. Idea falling behind , talent running off , mechanism ageing, the fault of legal system and lack of management have affected the development of the football club of our country. The developed countries of football are earning a large amount of money, however the football of our country, after exhausting the capital, still wanders at the same point. In this paper, by analyzing ,the current situation of professional soccer industrial in our country and the comparing with foreign football, We may find out that chinese professional football industrialization falls behind , and drops behind greatly with the professional football of America and Europe, Even Japan and South Korea, which start the professionalism as late as China and have left us from far away too. The popular rate of football club of our country is low, there are too few product development incomes, and the concern about the football fan is insufficient. In the west, the industrialization of the professional football is the product of high marketization of the social economy and high industrialization of industry, it is the result of the social division after entering the industrialized society,and it is the result of people having more leisure time and improvement of material life and spiritual life. This paper studies our country first division (exceed in changing into 2004), first B (switch over to first division in 2004) the football club and compares with the professional football clubs of foreign countries in the respects of income forming, the system of the club, mechanism of management, coordinating the relations and football association and club. Using such research approaches as law of documents and materials , mathematics and physics statistic law , interview law , investigation method and logic analytic approach ,etc.we have analysed to the professional current situation of football club of our country and existing problem. In our country, the socialist market mechanism is still not perfect at present and now is in the transition period from agriculture to industry ,during which people's material goods is not abundant enough and there is little leisure time . In this case conducting professional football should go for guidance with prudent and scientific thinking , the government should support it with the lasting and perfect policy including the fund, the evaluation of sportsmen's salary , the restraint of the regulation of legal system , the guidance of the policy and the training of staff members ,etc.. After analyzing ,the paper finds such a variety of problems existing as the following: firstly, the football industrialization of China is backward while has high input and the fan popular rate is low; secondly, Sportsmen have too high salary which breaks away from the reality of our country, it is dull for the club to deal with the products the market awareness the staff member has is weak ,it is difficult for managing the club to integrate with world, the clubs lack managing and managerial talent seriously; What's more, the responsibility right between football association and club is indeterminate ,etc.. So form this paper we can draw the following conclusions: firstly the strict legal system regulation should be made to supervise the staff member of the professional football departments including the club administrative department , administration and supervision authorities , sportsman , referee ,etc.. Attack such bad behaviors as the false ball and black sentry post ,etc. sternly; Secondly , set up perfect but scientific training organization , coordinate to foot staff member , sportsman , coach , referee of the club ,etc. train and strengthen the administrative ability to work, improve the professional ethics , strengthen laws and regulations consciousness. Moreover, this paper thinks the football fan is incomes of various fields of professional football industry in , it is a final serivce object of all work of the club, is various kinds of football subject products and main buyer of derived products.
