In recent years, universities and colleges have expanded their enrolment, while middle schools have also increased in popularity. To go to senior middle school has become the dream of most students. Nowadays, secondary vocational schools are facing a lot of difficulties, such as a decrease in enrolment, a decline in students' academic ability and a wide range in level of the students' ability. So they have little active in study. If we continue to follow traditional teaching methods, the students' whole personalities will not be well developed. According to the reality for secondary vocational school students, and under the guidance of modern educational theory, this essay discusses the importance and urgency of carrying out the teaching method of recessively dividing students into different levels. The author combined this method with teaching practice, and formed a new teaching model, that is: "divide students into different levels, teach separately, do exercises separately, give guidance individually, assess separately." To protect the students' dignity and help them develop healthy psychology, the author introduces the concept of "recessiveness." By putting this teaching method into teaching practice some effect has been gained; every student was able to make more progress in their study. The students' healthy psychology was developed.
