This thesis does an in-depth research about teacher's stylizing which is the highest bourn in the muture phase of teacher'specialization-development .It starts out from the needs of teacher's specialization-development and is based on teacher'specialization-development phase theories. It emphasises on the interior development progress of teacher-style forming that completely differs from the preceding researches. Though there are all kinds of tercher-styles, the interior development progress of style forming basically keeps to the same rule.So, this thesis tries to give the interior development rules and provide some suggestive provisions. It does the analysis mainly from three aspects(:一)the research about psychology mechanism of teacher-style forming;(二) the research about interior actors of teacher-style forming;(三) the research about working-years of teacher-style forming. Firstly,the thesis analizes all the psychology processes and the relations among these progresses from theory.Secondly, though the researches about a great deal of instances it puts forward five actors which decide teacher-style forming:self-conception,independence-consciousness,self-development-consiciousness,innovation-consiciousnes,profession-tasting-consiciousness and analyzes their functions as well reciprocity-relations among these actors .Thirdly, through paper-investigation it analizes the development situation on the five actors of mature physical teachers and studys the varying relations of the actors as well the profession-tasting along with working-years. Lastly, it analyzes the subphases of teacher-style forming from the angle of psychology and elicits the most probable working-years of teacher-style forming.
