From the point of the seeking educational fairness and improving the balanced development of education in city and town , upon the foundation of analyzing teachers' professional development and making sure of what our times demand of the teacher' quality ,looking upon the junior teachers in my region as research object ,in the way of questionnaire and interviewing ,this paper focuses on the observing and analyzing on the present state of rural junior teacher' professional development and also on what measures the schools have taken to improve it and the effective ways or methods of how to improve their professional level after satisfying the needs of teaching equipment and facilities in these rural secondary schools.Through refining practical experience , I sum up the method of the effective improvement in the professional development of rural junior teachers combining the study character by practice and perceiver with teaching and based on this ,[ suggest four practical ideas that the schoolmasters' quality is an essential prerequisite ,in-and-out-of school environment good , for the teachers' professional development is the foundation , the rational for running a school that teachers develop schools is the spirit and learning-based organization construction is to improve rural junior teachers' professional development.
