Dezhou Vocational Education And Regional Economic Collaborative Development Of Research

Vocational education is an important foundation for the development of theeconomical society. It occupies a special place in implementing the strategy of rejuvenatingthe country through science,education and talent .The regional economic developmentrelies on vocational education . Now ,the vocational education of the less developed regionlags behind ,which becomes one of the main factors in constraining economic developmentand affecting the social stability.In recent years,Dezhou,as an economically underdevelopedcity ,has promoted the development of vocational education actively and support thevocational education at all levels ,encouraged them to have their own features and reach ahigh standard . A number of vocational institutions has achieved certain results throughactive exploration and accumulated much experience.But generally speaking,thedevelopment of vocational education, which is still a weak link in education , can not adaptto the needs of the economic society .It is imperative as well as a long-term plan to developthe vocational education strongly in order to catch up with the development of the regionaleconomic,so we need to make a thorough study of it.The paper made a study through research,empirical analysis,interviews and othermethods on the experience and the existed problems of the Dezhou economic constructionand vocational education on the base of the research of the experts from home and abroad.The paper also put forward relevant recommendations.The author attempts to discuss thenew initiatives and approaches to how to develop the vocational education and economiccostruction together of the two aspects:"supply"and "need".As some programmes arepracticable ,they have been set for the operational documents by the provincipal andmanicipal government.The paper is divided into three parts:Part one :introduction.In this part ,the problem:Dezhou vocational education lagseconomic development is posed ,vocational education ,regional economic ,human capitaland the "dual system"of vocational education and other key words are defined and themain research methods are fixed.The second part .by looking up the literature,surveys, interviews and other researchmethods ,I collected a lot of files ,statistical data,typical cases,and made an analyticalinvestigation on them .have a explaination of the situation and the existed problems ofDezhou economic development focusing on six achievements and problems of six aspects.The third part In the light of the problems listed in part two,I tried to advance sevenpieces of countermeasures.1.to have a proper understanding of vocational education. 2.tostrengthen the building of thesecondary vocational education at the country levels withadequate support. 3.have a "spring triage"to control the drop-out rate,in crease careeawareness among students.4.vo cational institutions and Dezhou regional economicdevelopment link to achieve "five adaptation";sponsoring direction and regional economicsuit to the needs of the market;specialities structure are compatible to the regional economicstructure;client is compatible to the ownership structure of the regionaleconomic;subsidiary fuxction suit to the other needs of regional economic;enrolment andemployment suit to the internal and external needs of the regional economic . 5.promote thecorporation between school and enterprises,get the relation between vocational schooland economic closer.6.form vocational group,run schools scalelized , grouplized ,chainlized.7.break departmental institutional barriers,make the"double-card" be useful ineach department.
