Donghai County, Secondary Vocational Education And Human Resource Development Of The Research

In recent years, vocational education as the main body of the occupation education faces the rare opportunity of development with the nation's thinking highly of it, and the research of it has been put on the order of the day. The problem of the vocational education and developing human resource is an important topic that vocational education must serve the local economy. In the past 20 years, Donghai vocational education has had a certain development and made a little greater contribution to exploiting Donghai human resources. But its scale was atrophied. Its structure was out of balance. Profession constitution was stagnant. Job-hunting was difficult. And the vocational education went to the stagnation. It was a kind of vicious circle that couldn't coordinate the policy to the development of current society political economy, human being and vocational education, which couldn't satisfy social economic development of Donghai county and couldn't meet the needs of human beings and which destroys occupation system. This makes me think how to improve Donghai vocational education and develop the human resources. This article is based on studies theory, results theory, system theory, economic theory, system science and pedagogy theory in the district, combining the actual condition of Donghai vocational education and the development of human resources. This research fully analyzes it and actively formed a basic principle and method which are more maneuverable and more complete and counters Donghai occupation education how to improve the development of human resources. The study follows two great educational basic principle which are that education has to adapt and promote the society development and the development of human resources. It sticks to the request of developing view of science, making Donghai vocational education and the development of human resources promote mutually, relations harmorize, the burden of Donghai population into human resource advantages gradually and making Donghai vocational education be in the service of constructing a new Donghai .
