In information society, the request for the cultivation of the talent is higher. It pays more attention to the cultivation of practice spirit and innovation ability, therefore the request for educational teaching is higher. Under the new historical conditions, education should focus on the preliminary scientific inquiry ability and cultivation of the scientific attitude, not on the study of a certain concrete knowledge, problem-inquiry teaching mode that is put awards in the conditions meets the demands of educational reform , letting the students go through the processes of the scientific inquiry, training the student's inquiry abilities and initiative spirits, and cultivating the students' emotion and conception of values. Based on the summarizing the characteristics of the problem-inquiry teaching mode of the High school Physics under information technology conditions, the author has done some in-depth researches on the problem-inquiry teaching mode under the information technology conditions, and designed two teaching cases which are "the movement of the objects that are castes in horizontal direction" and "analysis of the movements of the objects which are moving around in invariable speeds". Form the questionnaires and the opinions of the teachers attended the lecture and conversations with the students attended the lecture, some results can be gotten. They are listed as following:1. Under the information technology conditions, problem-based inquiry learning can bring the functions of the students' principal participant into full play, activate the students' enthusiasm and go-aheadism on learning, and improve the students' interests on learning.2. Under the information technology conditions, problem-based inquiry learning can radically enhance the students' abilities to think out questions, to analyze the questions and to solve the questions.3. Under the information technology conditions, problem-based inquiry learning can really improve the students and teachers in same time in processes of teaching and learning.
