The innovation on the curriculum system must impact on the behavior of teachers in teaching. With the innovation of basic education carrying out ,it has profound significance in theory and practice to explore the transformation of teachers behavior in teaching under the ground of new curriculum .The author try to explore the transformation of teachers behavior in teaching with the education sociological angle .so that he could give useful proposal for teachers training in the new curriculum innovation.This dissertation includes four partsThe first part is on of the brief about the innovation of basic education curriculum and teachers behavior .Firstly it briefly particularize a series of elementary opinions about objects content construct evaluating and management on the innovation of basic education; secondly it briefly particularize the concept of teachers behavior; discusses the mainly elements of teachers behavior and development and analyses the changes of teachers right and behavior.The second part discussed five tendencies on the transformation of the teachers behavior: 1 From the initiator of knowledge to the mentor and promoter of studying and development.2 From the instructor to the researchor.3 From the executor of curriculum to the constructor and developer of curriculum.4 From the simple governor to the partner on teaching meaning.5 From the individual laborer to the copartner in teaching .The third part discussed the opportunity and challenges to teachers from of the new curriculum innovation that it is based on the focus of the effect to the teachers right and behavior producing by the new curriculum innovation. The part analyses the relation of teachers right and behavior and its influence elements ,then it points out that the innovation adjusted the teachers right and behavior. The teachers curriculum rights were promoted ,colleague share on the rights ,the relation between teachers and students become not controlled but cooperative .From these we can conclude that it is needed that the teachers adjust teaching behavior to transform.The fourth part discussed how to adapt and Teachers'specialty development after teachers changing their behavior .firstly this dissertation described many sorts of contrary thinking and behavior in actualizing curriculum; the secondly it discussed the inherent influence factors on teachers behavior changing ;finally it discussed especially approach and manner about teachers behavior changing :the first one is teachers inherent changing themselves ;the other is good outer circumstance and sustain system.The teachers inherent changing includes:1 transformation of education idea ,new target idea about curriculum innovation, proper specialty idea and new teacher-student idea.2 improvement of teachers specialty making ,perfecting specialty knowledge frame ,boosting specialty skill and fostering specialty sensibility. The exterior circumstance and sustaining system to achieve teachers behavior changing include:1 system support to the teacher specialty development in curriculum policy;2 education transforming; 3 school culture changing: (1) school must changes its function and transform the manage system; (2) erecting teachers cooperation mechanism; (3) erecting the mechanism that teachers could take participate in the curriculum development; (4) erecting open and developmental evaluating system and boosting teachers persistent development.Teachers'specialty development:1The discussing to teachers'specialty development; 2 achieving self-transform specialty development. (1) looking selfhood specialty development as a new specialty life style and infiltrating into many sorts of teachers common specialty behavior,(2)grasping the point of specialty development by much measure means,(3) registering pivotal affair and keeping specialty development dialoguing with themselves;(4) systemic theory studying.3 constructing the teacher training system of new curriculum:(1) perfecting the teacher training system of new curriculum;(2) perfecting the teacher training pattern;(3) extruding the specialty training pattern of teachers selfhood development.
