The fist step to solve a performance issue is performance analysis, only ifthe gap between expectation and exist is measured, the problem would besettled properly. However, most of the instructional designs areteacher-centered and lack the analysis of students' prerequisite skills andlearning styles. Teachers have list the important and difficult parts of learningbut seldom analyze the involved learning tasks carefully; the studyperformance analysis and evaluation always focus on the score of exams andtests, so if only the feedback from students during the study was got, the studygoals could be more clear and effective.The purposes of the toolkit design is introduce the idea of enterprisetraining into instructional design in school education, design and develop anEPSS toolkit for study performance evaluation, which is on the basis of theoryresearch. The functions of the toolkit are collecting the feedback of reaction,knowledge, skills and goal achievements, then store above information.The main components of the toolkit are Question Management System andFeedback Management System. According to the performance analysiscontents and performance analysis flow in Performance-Centered-Designmodel, the needs of web services of the toolkit were constructed. Theinformation of learners, events and questions are gathered by QuestionManagement System, storing as tree schema, and then, creating associatedcompetencies against Reusable Definition of Competency or EducationObjectives standard. The feedback data from Question Management Systemwas stored by Feedback Management System as Relation On-Line AnalysisProcessing database schema that is stars table, for facilitating the relationshipanalysis with general performance tools in general EPSS.The function of the toolkit is electronic performance support forlearner-centered performance analysis with following characters: first, providing the service for learner-centered performance analysis, it may beused in some self-adaptation systems, second, the output of competencies isaccording to the RDCEO model, and at last, reusability.
