Optimal Allocation Of Research Based On Educational Equity Resources For Basic Education In Jiangsu Province

"Education is the base of the country' s development, so the educational equity is important on social equal. " It is shown on the government report reported by Mr. Wen Jiabao - Premier Minister of State Department - on the finished fifth NPC. In fact, the issue of educational equity is one of the grim challenges during the social revolution in China, and has been cared closely and discussed deeply.Jiangsu Province is one of the developed provinces in economy in China and attaches importance to education. However, the development on economy and other aspects in different areas is unharmonious. Besides, the need to education from people is increasing with the increasing of the people's living condition. Therefore, it is sharp contradiction between the limited supplies of educational resource, especially good educational resource. The unharmonious education has been a prominent issue because the supplied good educational resource is less than the needed ones. In recent time, the whole society is caring for how the Education Depart deals with the plan and coordination between the rapid development and equivalent of education.The first three chapters point our emphatically the basic background of theory for deep research - the researching development home and abroad, the theoretical connotation and real meaning of educational equity and elementary educational equity.Chapter Four to Chapter Six research the elementary educational resource in Jiangsu Province. Firstly, it points out the present situation, issues and affection to the distribution of elementary educational resource in Jiangsu Province; Secondly, it points out the reason to the difference to the distribution of elementary educational resource in Jiangsu Province in economic development, social culture and political system; Thirdly, it discusses the plan to optimize distribute the elementary educational resource, including the basic principals implemented strictly in optimized distributed resource, foresee to the need of elementary educational resource in Jiangsu Province and relevant plan to optimize distribution, and direct plan to educational development.
