Study Of Higher Education Information Island

The construction and development of educational informatization in Higher Education has been regarded as the key educational task in China, whilst the existence of education information isolated island has become true. Start with analysis of the classical case of "Colony the Prisoner" in Game Theory, the paper tries to analyze the original reason of "Isolated Island of Information-based Education in universities", whilst providing selections of strategy to deal with the problem.Analysis on the phenomenon and effect of "Isolated Island of Information-based Education in universities", tells the Grimness of this problem. After exploring the forming mechanics of the "island" with Game Model, we concluded that the personal rationality lead to the only irrational equilibrium resolution(unsharing), thus not able to find the optimized resolution(sharing) needed by the group. Additionally, the lack of universal information standard results in the inconsistence of information system, coding, and data format. This makes the sharing of Information Application System and flowing of information impossible, and result in the phenomenon of "Isolated Island of Information-based Education in universities". Then, the paper proposes a new benefit coordination mechanics, and finally provides strategy for the problem through changing the Game rules, regulations and environment.
