Flow Situation Of The Chinese Volleyball League Players And Countermeasures

With the level of the world volleyball's rapid development and the organizational reform of Chinese volleyball's further deepening, the volleyball career of our country obtains a very quick development, as the level keeps improving and the marketability heats up gradually. After 10 years of development, in spite of a certain degree of improvement, there are still some problems. Therefore, in order to speed up China's professionalism of volleyball career with a corresponding theoretical basis, an investigation concerning the athlete flow of the 32 Chinese Volleyball Clubs was conducted and some corresponding measures of future development were provided.This essay talks about the athletes of 32 volleyball clubs which are registered in the volleyball center. Some methods are used in this study such as literature research, questionnaires, statistical data, logical analysis and so on。I have done some research on the flow of athletes of the league matches and analyzed the factors lying in this situation. The results are as follows:The perfection of clubs and the system of clubs exchange as well as the acceleration of reasonable athlete mobilization is necessary for the development of volleyball professionalism. In our country, generally-speaking, the mobilization of excellent athletes has just begun, so it is not so smooth and it covers just a few athletes. In addition, temporary transference is used frequently. Compared with some countries which have performed well in the league tournaments, our country is far beginning. Varieties of laws about the form of athletes flow are not good enough.It is important to introduce foreign player into China for the development of Chinese volleyball league tournament. Government now encourages domestic club to introduce foreign players, but there are a lot of deficiency need to be improve still. The management system of Chinese volleyball league tournament should utilize the social resource to do games not only by the government, and allows athletes to transfer at the same time, that can promote the development of Chinese volleyball league tournament.For encourage the mobilization of athletes, government should enlarges the financial resource of clubs and accelerates the industrial rate of volleyball; government should set up agency organization and develop domestic volleyball talent market.
