For manyyears, it has been developed rapidly in various provinces and cities of our country andhas become favorable. Because of some factors, such as time, location, personnel andfund and so on, it will meet some difficulty in the actual development process. Basedon this situation, seeking after the best combination way of personnel, fund and otherfactors, and composing the Kindergarten group callisthenics which can display thebest artistic effect has become an important research project.Based on the literature method, visiting expert method, questionnaire surveymethod, case analysis method and statistical analysis method, this paper conducts theresearch. The most important method is the questionnaire survey method. Providingthe investigation paper to the kindergarten presidents, teachers and parents, thekindergartens of 12 sections of Guangzhou city were conducted the random sampleinvestigation to find out the present situation of the Kindergarten group callisthenics.At the same time, the Guangzhou Sports East Road kindergarten gymnastics "HappyChildhood" was considered the case study object to raise the developmentcountermeasure.The investigation result indicated that the Guangzhou Kindergarten groupcallisthenics develops well and is welcomed, and its arts value is also recognized bymany people. But it also has some problems: Kindergarten group callisthenics hasnot yet obtained the widespread popularization in the whole city; the quantity isinsufficient; the scale is limited, there is remarkable difference between varioussections; it Lacks the special Kindergarten group callisthenics organizationmanagement organization; the Kindergarten group callisthenics teachers troop qualityis not high and their specialized knowledge and skills are deficient; Lacking thespecialization and the systematic characteristic, composing the training is not scientific enough; the Kindergarten group callisthenics logistics support is imperfect;and the society supports are not enough and so on. Therefore, the kindergartengymnastics has many problems in its development of Guangzhou kindergarten, and itsdevelopment is not balanced.On the base of this, we classify the influential factors of Kindergarten groupcallisthenics in Guangzhou by using component analytical method, which obtains sixelements: composing training, society support, organization management, guaranteesystem, teachers' and students' status,project situation as well. what's more,combining the successful experience of Kindergarten group callisthenics: HappyChildhood of Sports East Road.
