Respect is the minimum doe of formative moral during the historical development of every nationality , and it is the best elementary virtue in our country's traditional virtue also. Respect is the best important morality principle between person–to-person, nationality-to-nationality, country-to-country. As the common sense in the economic globalization and the cultural diversification age, respect has aroused more and more concerns in the world by more and more people. Learning to respect has become the public concern project all over the world ,such as the character education campaign unfolded in USA, Canada and so on. In addition some countries and regions, for example Singapore, Korea, China Taiwan give greater emphasis on cultivating the student's quality of respect. Furthermore the UNESCO PROAP has drawn up the ten years plan (2005~2014) of the Education for Sustainable Development in 2004 .This plan has proposed explicitly that the Education for Sustainable Development come down to create a sense of worth, the core of the sense is respect .Respect education is the foundation and core of moral education, and it is the important content in the school moral education. The goal of the respect education is to cultivate student's quality of respect ,to build up exactly notion of respect ,to fell into the habit of the action of respect. Junior middle school is the main stage for middle school student to develop speedy body and mind and to take part in the public life in society .Also this stage is the key period that they informing philosophy, sense of worth , moral outlook. With the living range expand gradually , middle school student need to handle all kinds of relationship ,among principal relationship including person-to-person, person-to-society, person-to-nature .How to handle the relationship become the whole life of the middle school student, but the premise to rightly deal with the relationship lies in middle school student must possess the quality of respect.College Students Ideological Cultivation course is the synthetic course for establishing basement to develop healthily for middle school student's college students ideological cultivation. This course according to middle school student's factual life and the formation and development of the college students ideological cultivation , and seeking the truth from I am growing, the relationship between I and others, I and collective, I and country, I and society , providing essential help for middle school student to deal with these relationship rightly. By reason of the relationship to middle school student faced is no more than the problem that respect education be to resolve ,the college students ideological cultivation course is the important channel for carrying out respect education .But respect education is not give due attention in the course of the teaching of the college students ideological cultivation course at the present time, still existing some problems. In this paper through the theoretical analysis to respect and respect education, combing with the problem of respect education existing in the college students ideological cultivation course, conducting to stress reinforcing the respect education existing in the college students ideological cultivation course .On this basis I build the system of practices of respect education existing in the college students ideological cultivation course .Documentary Research and action research are adopted in this paper, studying and probing the respect education existing in the college students ideological cultivation course in the context of the development of the New Curriculum. This paper is divided into four parts: in part one ,discourse the theory of respect and respect education in brief ;in part two ,investigate the necessity and feasibility of the respect education during the stage of junior high school; in part three, introduce the current situation of respect education existing in the college students ideological cultivation course ,and analysis the reason to the problem existing in respect education ; in part four, build the system of practices of respect education existing in the college students ideological cultivation course .
