A series of logos interrelated to democracy had been sank deep into the hearts of the people. Under such background, the research on how to summarize and promote the theoretical and practical achievements so as to contribute to the construction of social democracy became especially necessary and urgent. This paper based on democracy theory in Marxism, educational philosophy and teaching-learning philosophy, defined the conception of democracy, teaching-learning democracy and authority, systematically inspected teaching-learning democracy from the angle of ontology, epistemology and axiology.The paper consists of seven chapters.Dealing with the outline of the researching, chapter 1 consists of the background, aims, content, value and method of the study.Chapter 2, as the theoretical basis of the research, democracy theory in Marxism, educational philosophy and teaching-learning philosophy are analyzed.Chapter 3 is to distinguish the correlative concepts. The concepts of democracy, teaching-learning democracy and authority had been distinguished, differentiated and discriminated so as to nail down the research goal.In chapter 4, teaching-learning democracy had been ontologically analyzed from the angel of structure, function and character.Chapter 5 analyzed teaching-learning democracy epistemologically from the angel of aim, principle, method and restriction.Teaching-learning democracy had been analyzed axiologically in Chapter 6. The analysis goes on from the aspects such as teaching-learning itself, the development of teachers and students, teaching-learning notions, social democracy, etc.Topics interrelated to teaching-learning democracy such as teachers VS students, standard answers VS personal understanding, competition VS cooperation had been discussed in Chapter 7.The epilogue summarized the primary coverage, repeated its main idea, rethought the shortage and prospects the interrelated research.
