With implementation of the National Fitness Program, the idea of lifelong sports has been being accepted by the masses slowly and some sports, such an jogging tai chi qigong aerobics and so on, have become an important element in many people's lives. Dance Sports, also known an the contemporary international standard Ballroom Dancing, developed into a standardized artistic, highly technical and competitive dance performances have flourished together in the country's large, medium-sized cities. Dance Sports, addition to performing, competitive mature, plays a more important role in health care. As an entertainment, the vast numbers of elderly people has been deeply loved it. The elderly, as a special group of people, should participate in physical training, according to the normal physiology of the human body, following the physiological characteristics of the human body movement, in the correct guidance of scientific knowledge, Dance Sports is a sport activity that is able to meet the psychological needs and the bodily functions in line with the characteristics of the elderly, thus it is of great important practical significance for the physical and mental health of the elderly and the harmonious development of the whole society when we are fully aware of the promotion of sports in the necessity and feasibility in the elderly groups.This election activity has chosen 20 healthy elderly people who participate in the dance sports as the experimental group, and randomly selected 20 general health of the elderly as a control group. During the experimental period, the experimental group do each exercise period of 60 minutes, live times perweek.The experimental group and the control group lived a daily life, not participating in any other exercise. Using literature material, logic analysis , experimental contrast, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the experiment conducted a three-month training observation, and did a comparative analysis of the part of the physiological and biochemical indicators before and after the experiment for the evaluation of the effect on the physiological and biochemical indicators of the elderly. The experimental results showed that:(1)Through the changes in heart rate of the elderly in the course of telemetry P.E. Dance know that the average maximum heart rate is in the 120-140 beats/min between an average scope and the minimum heart rate is 120 beats/min or so when we are practicing ,which suggests that is an aerobic exercise for a suitable dynamic strength of the elderly .(2)After a three-month stem training ,the experimental group in which the quiet heart rate of the elerdly decreased significantly and blood pressure had a downward trend ,are better than the control group .The increasement of the amount of RBC, WBC and platelet, FVC and the level of experimental index has showed that 1 can improve heart and lung functions and the ability of the body aerobic metabolism .(3)After the experiment ,the decreasing body fat content, the improving blood lipid level, the decreased plasma triglyceride concentration and plasma total cholesterol concentration the decreased proportion of plasma low-density lipoprotein and the increased high-density lipoprotein radio indicated that 1 can effectively reduce fat, molding and avoid the occurrence of disease of modern civilization.(4)After the experiment, the muscle strength and flexibility of the elderly has increased, indicating that the muscle and flexibility of the elderly have improved significantly after a three-month system training .(5)After the experiment, the blood rheology indicators of the elderly in the experimental group are better than those who have a infrequent exercise, which RBC electrophoresis time and erythocyte sedimentation, the two indictors, are different significantly and hematocrit, blood viscosity, where blood viscosity reduction, the three indicators, are obvious significance. Indicating that the elderly after a three-month training can improve cardiovascular function, promote the body's metabolism and slow the recession phenomenon of call With the increased age.Conclusion: Effectively improve aerobic capacity, muscle strength, heart and lung function, body composition and flexibility and improve the body of the elderly exercise capacity Moreover .1 training can effectively reduce fat, improve dyslipidemia, improve cardiovascular function and promote thebody's metabolism. So it is a suitable oxygen exercise for the elderly.
