Women's Occupational Structure Study In China

Women play a very important role in social workers in nowadays. And the role which women play will become more and more important in future. With the great growth of our economy, the total volume and structure of women workers have many new characteristics, the level of women's occupation has risen. The article chose the rate of women's occupational structure as an index of the level of women's occupation, focus on the situation analysis of women's occupation, the factors and related problems.The article starts from the analysis of related theories of occupation structure. Firstly, the article gives some definition . Such as, occupation,the classification of occupation and occupational structure, etc. And then make some statements of the theories related to occupational structure, and according to the realistic of Chinese, chose industry structure,education and technology as main factors which effect occupational structure to analyze. Secondly, by research the data of occupational structure from year 1982 to year 2006, chose two index, one by single occupation women workers divide whole occupational women workers; one by single occupation women workers divide single occupational workers. Make charts of two categories and by research the charts analyze the rate of occupational structure especially the women occupational structure, make comparison between women -worker proportion and worker proportion in every single occupation, found out the differences of women-worker occupation structure, analyze the reason. And chose the data of year 2005 as typical one, still use the two index, divided into whole country, city, town, and rural four categories, analyze and make comparison of the four categories, research the different level of women occupational structure and try to find out the reason and give an explanation. To summarize the analysis below, make a summary of the characteristics of our country's women occupational structure, research the related problems of women's occupational flue. Thirdly, find out the factors effect our country's women occupational structure and at last analyze the related problems to our country's women occupational structure.
