Zhaotong City Of Minority Sports Resources Development And Utilization Of Research

This thesis investigates the current situation,problems and strategies for the exploration of Yunnan Zhaotong minority sports resources from a cultural and leisure perspective,it aims to fill in the gaps in the studies of exploration of regional minority sports resources.Research methods of literature review,field study,interview,expert consulting,questionnaire survey had been used for data collecting;research methods of induction and deduction,quantitative and qualitative analysis had been used for classification,arrangement and analysis of data.Based on literature review,a research and conceptual framework on exploration of Yunnan Zhaotong minority sports resources are put up.By investigation of natural and cultural resources of Zhaotong minority,the author finds the features of Zhaotong minority sports resources and ways for its exploration.By case study and justification,the paper formulates a hypothesis on exploration of Zhaotong minority sports resources from its advantages in traditional sports resources,project resources and tourism resources;by investigation and diagnosis of obstacles,possible problems and limitations in implementation of the hypothesis,the author puts up strategies and recommendations for meeting the demands from regional mass cultural life and promotion of the regional economic and cultural development. The studies have got the following conclusions:Rich and varied minority sports resources are preconditions for exploration.Zhaotong has a long history of culture with large population of minorities,rich minority sports resources and a variety of minority sports projects,this provides advantages for the exploration and use of regional minority sports resources.Investigations show that Zhaotong has advantages in its broader mass traditional sports resources,project resources and tourism resources,to study the advantages and make benefits of the three types of resources can promote the development of the regional mass sports,school sports and tourism.The driving forces for the exploration of minority sports resources are the improvement of regional mass sports and the development of regional economy and culture.A case study of the first Zhaotong minority sports meet and the "Eighth Yunnan Minority Sports Meet" held in Zhaotong shows that the environment of transportation,urban city,regional economy and culture have been improved,besides the improvement of regional traditional sports and the achievement of first in sports meet.Social demands are driving forces for exploring the minority sports resources.The study indicates that the improvement of traditional sports needs to explore regional minority sports projects and build their identity and brand under theoretical guidance for its further development.Complementing and enriching mass sports are effective ways to develop minority sports resources.An effective way to explore minority sports project resources is to investigate and explore the regional featured minority sports projects and apply them to mass sports,school sports and tourism.Miao,Yi and Hui minority sports projects are the representative minority projects among a variety of Zhaotong minority sports projects,by field study and case study, findings show that the exploration of the minority sports projects for Zhaotong mass sports, school sports and tourism are feasible.The development of Zhaotong tourism is at its initial stage,sports tourism has not been up to stage yet,taking advantages of Zhaotong's natural and cultural resources,minority sports tourism would be possible for future.
