Current Situation And Countermeasures Of China's Men's Professional Football League Referee

Football as "the first world sport", swept the world, its influence and appeal has been beyond the sports itself. It is not only a reflection of human groups' material and spiritual strength, but also is the refraction of politics, economics and social aspects, and many other general capacities.Football has a strong social influence and representativeness of the city, making it be a social and cultural construction of an important component.From the start in 1868 the referees officially judge the Football game. Since then, the referees and players had occupied the central position on the football sport, and so far it still had a "symbiotic" relationship. Thus, the referee intertwined with the entire football sports, and it played a very important role in promoting the development of football sports. Football game as an important component, the referee's judgment behavior controls the "fair play" if it can be achieved or not in the playing field, which drives and constrains the development of football sports, and even probably becomes disorder in the fuse of match field.During the process of the 15 years' Chinese football professional league matches, because the spectators dissatisfied with the referee' penalty, the football violence affairs often happened. And the referee' judgments are always the focus of attention of the people. Chinese Football Association makes great effort in doing it in many ways, however, it has a little effect.It is objectively influenced the level of football sport's development by the rise and fall of a country and a region, as well as the referee's environment. Currently there are quite certain distances on judgment level and comprehensive quality between china's professional football league referees and foreign referees. In order to completely, objectively and accurately reveals the present condition of football referees, seeking for the reasons of fall behind, from a macro point of view ,it is very important to systematically study our country football referee' issues and its countermeasures, and it has both important practical role, and long-term strategic significance.This paper mainly uses speculative research method, and using the research method of literature, comparison, investigation, systematical study, overviews domestic relevant research general condition. At the same time it investigates, analyses and studies in recent years our country's professional football league referee in live judgment, quality of professional ethics, professional quality, body functions, training and selection, competition rules, management, take part in the work of game shows, field psychological performance, summing-up after game and many other aspects to providing the decision-making department with the theoretical basis for reference in environmental, training, referee quality, and social concerns, etc. Therefore, on this basis the author proposes the following:(1)Improve the referee registration system. Norms referee selection, training, assessment, promotion, elimination mechanisms, set up the pyramid-like referee training model(2)Emphasizing on building grass-roots football referee, increase the training of youth football referees, and provide referees for a rich reserve human resources. Boldly start using young referees, provide young referees with many training opportunities for field.(3)Enhancing the professional football league referees management and supervision, periodically go on supervision and competition, the referee thought education, business study and physical training, and completely improves league match supervision, referee's business capacity and quality of professional ethics.(4)Setting up League game supervision, and the referee communicate inter-regional rotation system for supervision and competition, the referee communicate and provide more learning opportunities, through the communication and learning from each other, it can rapidly improve the level of league referees.(5)Football Association should support, understand and respect for the referee's work, and try best to provide material and spiritual help for the league referees to mobilize the enthusiasm of its work.
