At home and abroad in general self-efficacy research mostly focused on the impact of the main actors and their role in prediction and the theoretical explanations, focused on general self-efficacy and stress, anxiety, cope with, optimistic, well-being, adaptive learning relations.External environment on the impact of general self-efficacy studies are relatively small.In this study, 180 Shanghai high school football tradition school athletes and 276 high school students for the study. Using factor analysis, T tests, analysis of variance and stepwise regression and other statistical methods, of the Shanghai school of traditional high school football players a sense of general self-efficacy and the relationship between life events of a more systematic study.The results show that:1,high school football tradition school athletes and high school students to sort the source of psychological stress consistency, study stress, interpersonal relationships are the most important question the source of stress.2,high school football tradition school athletes the level of general self-efficacy was significantly lower than that of ordinary high school students, football players have a considerable portion of the general self-efficacy lower than average.3,high school football tradition school athletes a sense of general self-efficacy levels at the focus of school and non-focus on school, grade up significantly.4,the traditional school Senior high school football players of all factors of life events, interpersonal relationships and stress study, be punished and health to adapt to the four factors and the traditional school Senior high school football players the level of general self-efficacy has a significant correlation, one of study skills, interpersonal and stress factors Senior high school football on the traditional school athletes the level of general self-efficacy have better prediction effect.
