Through some statisitc work and analysis of Ma Lin , Wang Hao and Xu xin, this study aims at the inherent law of the penhold inverted style played in the compose of skills and tactics and putting forward relavent playing strategies of skills and tactics, and thus providing references for chinese athelets'better performances and preparation for 2012 London Olympics Games.Through the law of documents and literature,the investigation and interview method,video observation method and mathematical statistics , logic analysis method, it concluds as the following:ⅰ. Ma Lin, Wang Hao and Xu Xin resemble in their perfect skills at the first 3 bats and forehand snatche pulls loop. Wang Hao has balanced power both the forehand and backhand, while Ma Lin and Xu Xin are short of quantity and quality of reverse pen-hold backhand.ⅱ. Reverse penhold backhand has become the most advanced technique after unceasing innovation and development, and has become requisite tactics for penhold inverted play in China.ⅲ.Great effects have acted upon chinese penhold inverted players by the new principles, which results in the increasing contingency,the breaking of the original formula of the compose of skills and tactics, and more demand of the accuracy in technique application.ⅳ. Under the revised rules skills and tactics strategies for the penhold inverted players are: in PAS (the phase of attack after service), players should vary the serving court and the methods, enhance the skills of offensing top-spin, the cohesive skills in the PAS,and the pen-hold backhand attack power. In the PAR( the phase of attack after receiving ), players should vary the methods of returning the service, improve the cohesive skills of the 2 and 4 bats and the screwing power of openhold backhand play over the table. In the PLS (the Phase of be Locked in a Statement): players should improve the sustained rally in middle and far end of the table, offence and defence transition,and the players should also increase the awareness of the bating court; and take break in the forehand,break in the middle line,and call rightly and restrain leftly as the main tactics.
