Along with the accelerated pace of financial liberalization and internationalization, Mizuho Securities is facing a lot of challenges:diverse business data, complex calculation, and changes of the market. It is very necessary to establish a Fund investment adviser system with full-featured, user customized and efficient response. The system based on fund units and daily transaction data. On one hand, it must be ready to receive the request of the fund manager online query and the message status monitoring, in order to quickly respond to market changes; On the other hand, it must improve the calculation accuracy and the diversity of evaluation methods, to meet the needs of the investor conditions specified report output.First of all, the contradiction between a large number of requests and quickly respond for Mizuho Securities Fund investment adviser system is analyzed in this paper, and the necessity of Oracle AQ-based Fund investment adviser system design is illustrated. Next, the functions of Mizuho Securities Fund investment adviser system are discussed, including authority management, fund contract management, market value evaluation and report management. And then market price gets flow and report converts flow is analyzed. Next, the MVC architecture and operating environment of this system are analyzed. Some core subsystems including the fund contract management and market value evaluation are designed in details. It is focused on market value evaluation subsystem how to use Oracle AQ message processing mechanism to realize the online message response and message status tracking. As a result, Oracle AQ-based system design response to the online request quickly and efficiently, the message status tracking can be realized.
