Analysis And Design Of Public Security Management System Of Zhuhai Public Security Hotel

With the further progression of police informationization, statistics application is gradually becoming prevalent in police information systems. Security management systems for Zhuhai hotels have been constructed based on the police information systems since the1990s, followed by a couple of changes, but still fail to satisfy the commercial need.This paper endeavors to solve three problems facing tourism systems in terms of the software design approach:The first is the attention to police calling; the second is warning for punishment; the third is patrol supervision. The purpose of this paper lies in formulating a hotel security management system that can live up to the expectation of flowing mechanism, comparison calling and supervision through software analysis design.First of all, based on specific business demands from basic primary-on-field department, figure flow charts have been used in this paper to provide a data diagram for boarding registration, reservation registration, patrol management, deployment and control, penalty management and management system for reception and backend, including a detailed description of statistics dictionary.Secondly, the HIPO, which features function segment of variety, has completed the design of core diagram for boarding registration, reservation registration, patrol management, deployment and control, penalty management and management system for reception and backend. Finally, elementary data base involved in systematic function offers a specific E-R chart, and completes the design of13backend data base information forms such as forms for tourists, rooms, patrol task, penalty, deployment and control and the result of deployment and control.Over200different charts have been drawn in this paper, including a detailed analysis and design of system. These charts have also been used to complete segment decomposition, structure design, concept model design and data base design for the system. In light of the designs above, hotel security management can be achieved by segment function.In terms of the design, this paper builds a virtual management system, which is a beneficial attempt to explore the police statistics application. It still remains questions whether to build a comprehensive or a specific statistics application system.
