Research And Analysis On Comprehensive Business Management System Of Humen Town Tax Coordination Center In

Sporadic tax fund is the key point of township tax administration. It is bound in the work program to strength Dongguang’s tax administration of sporadic tax fund in2005that Dongguang would set up tax co-management center in township level. The responsibilities of tax co-management center is organizing and regulating tax co-management station’s work, studying out means of daily administration, supervision, work performance evaluation etc. the paper did a research on Integrated Services Management System for tax co-management center in Dongguan Humen town.This paper introduces the background, importance, and application status of Integrated Services Management System for tax co-management center in Dongguan Humen town. The main work we do in this paper is research and analysis the Integrated Services Management System for tax co-management center of Humen Town. This paper analyses the problems in the tax co-management center management system, and presents the organization chart and the original business flow chart, and then reengineering the business process. We also did a functional analysis the Integrated Services Management System for tax co-management center of Humen Town in this paper, presenting Package Diagram and the child package diagram by the user case analysis. We obtained the system contains of child package diagrams of documents management, attendance management, signing management for out-going, and dynamic tracking. In the data analyzing, we obtain the data needed in the whole system, and draw out the relationship between entities, giving the formulation for all tables used in the system. In the end of this paper, we give the summaries and conclusions of this research, by giving the future works for the system.
