The stability of the automobile axle depand on appropriate preload. Although the large preload and stiffness will probably increase the stability of the automobile axle pinions, the accompanied high rising of temperature under runing will damage the bearing. On the other hand, if the preload is not large enough ,the precision of the hypoid gear tooth meashing may be low and higher noise occurred and use time is short ,therefore It necessary that bearing of the axle pinions of automobile should be a certain preloading method of adding load is usually that appling unchanging preloading adjusts. Tow beaings or two row of rolling elements againist one another by the application of a permanent axial load. Under the condition of produc on a large scale. How to ensure preLoad to be best.
