Against the background of pressure measurement of the muzzle shock wave, the research work about technology of dynamic modeling and compensation, correlatively to the topic of the dynamic characteristics and its improvement of pressure sensors, is described in detail. It includes experimental research and simulation research.Firstly, the modeling methods are studied: On the basis of least square method, the approximately optimal four-stage instrumental variable method is presented. Since the dynamic calibration test has such attributes as input noise small to be omitted and output measurement noise approximate to white noise, a generalized least square method with special whitening filter is provided. Then the methods of system identification are applied to the design of digital filter, which break the restriction of approaching the given impulse response. Through analyzing influence of the location of zero-pole points on the dynamic characteristic, the paper designs the dynamic compensation units by re-disposing zero-pole points. Finally the dynamic calibration test is set up. Calibrating frequency range and precision are analyzed deeply. Using sensor's dynamic calibrated data, its dynamic mathematical model is established and according to the model, its dynamic performance is obtained and a dynamic compensated digital filter is designed, which shortens the dynamic response time of pressure sensor and widens the work bandwidth evidently. In addition, the compensating results of the dynamic calibration test and simulation shock wave are given.
