| In order to change the behindhand state in measurement of natural gas of Liaohe oil field, we make the technique reformation, using the normal hole-board, intelligent sensor, natural gas compression factor, arithmetic of volume flux and compensatory technology. The whole computer measurement system is composed of server and three field workstations, programmed with the MCGS configuration software and Visual Basic language under the Windows NT operation system. The field workstation works under the mode of two-computer hot backup, with the function of collecting the transient parameter of natural gas, calculating the flux, accumulating the flux, showing, saving, alarming, sending the data to server, generating and printing all kinds of report forms. The server collects and saves all the transient data received, and generates all kinds of integrative report forms. After working for half a year, the measurement system has the high reliability, according to the appraisement, it has far higher precision than maximal err 3% which is regulated by China for level 1 measurement. The system has satisfied the design requirement. |
