Data Processing Technology In Industrial Equipment

With the development of computer technologies, more and more equipments directly controlled by computers and no longer manipulated by hands. With network age coming, the sharing of equipments information already fulfilled, which means that remote access is a new direction for the computer technologies.To fulfill controlling or monitoring external objects, the industrial computers must transfer physical variant of external objects to discrete value which can be controlled by computers. All industrial equipments' design must solve the problem of data collection that directly affects systemic accuracy and capability. Sampling theorem and choosing timer which affect sampling accuracy in windows are introduced in detail in this paper. The industrial computers exist in atrocious environment, serious disturb, in order to improve accuracy of this real-time system and needn't alter analog circuit, we use software to fulfill digital filter. Because the system of industrial control is a real-time system, digital filter fulfilled by software must be as fast as possible when they are running for decreasing effects to other works. In data sampling, output may be a little different even if input is sameness because channels are difference. Decreasing difference to the fullest extent by hardware will cost a lot. This paper put forward multi-resolution coefficient-matrix revised method to solve nonlinear distortion.As a real-time system, data memory administration of industrial control equipments is different from normal equipment in some measure. This paper put forward a data administration server in charge of data memory and administration base on real-time database principium. The server acts as real-time database in the system of using real-time database. In order to improve real-time capability, transaction is separated from the server and directly fulfilled by equipment control port's programs. It not only save cost of purchasing commercial real-time database software but also improve real-time capability. Data administration server functions are as listed as follows: update and memory real-time data; transport real-time data to remote client. When equipment control pod program orremote client port program access historical data, data administration server offer service of transporting historical record in fragment like a video, user can alter time which they want to check up at liberty. The transmission layer and the data link layer adopt widely-used TCP/IP protocol, application layer adopt user defined protocol, the application program explain and carry out data package then display the test result to user after having received data package.The project of this design matches the tendency of modern corporation information, networking and have good market prospect.
