In Mobile-Telecommunication System, the high speed movement of mobile-terminals will introduce fading phenomena and Doppler Shifting of Frequency, which will badly affects the quality of mobile-telecommunication and restricts the development of telecommunication. So the research on how to conquer the influence of Signals Fading and Doppler Effects becomes the most important study to our researchers. This thesis focuses on both of them.At the very beginning, this thesis focuses on the property of Transmission channel, and models some of them. Then some researches on the Physical Layer of WCDMA and the technology about Diversity Reception have been made. Next, on the basis Algorithm of Traditional Reception, this paper brings up the Algorithm of Differential Correlation Reception, which will eliminate the Doppler Effect, and some comparisons between the two Algorithms have been given. Last, some works on the localization about one dimension diversity reception have been done, and the time-space diversity reception has been discussed, and a structure of Rake Receptor, which can avoid Doppler Frequency Offset, has been brought forward.
