The real-time transmission system based on multi-sensor is designed formonitoring flood and drought disaster. It is composed of multi-sensor subsystem,work unit in plane, satellite retransmit unit, satellite data receiving-transmittingterminal, high-speed image processing unit and other's user terminals. This paper isinvolved with two primary parts in the system.The first part is the design of the high-speed data acquisition for CCD digitalcamera sensor, including the hardware circuit design of acquisition card and thecontrol software design. On hardware design, the interface between the acquisitioncard and computer is determined at first. And after learning the PCI bus protocol, atotal design plan of data acquisition card is presented. High-speed PCI interface chip,integrating with CPLD logic control circuit and memory unit, is used to implementhigh-speed acquisition of the camera image. Moreover, the computer can sendtrigger pulses to control camera integration and outputting images. On account of thestrict timing requirement during the high-speed data transmitting, two logic controlplan, based on SRAM memory unit and FIFO memory unit are designed for theacquisition card. After designing and making the hardware circuits of the cards, weprogram the CPLD and get perfect simulating timing. On software design, based onWin32 Driver Model, we design the device driver and application usingDriverWorks and Visual C++ Development Tool. Integrating hardware with software,we test data acquisition card and it implements real-time image acquisition functionand control function between CCD digital camera and computer. And it works well.The second part is the hardware and software design of the transmitting switchcontroller of the satellite data receiving-transmitting terminal. Firstly, we determinethe interface between the transmitting switch controller and computer, and thenpresent a total design plan. Based on that we design and make the hardware circuit ofthe switch controller. Meanwhile, we design the control software in computer.Debugging the controller by integrating software with hardware, it implements thefunction of computer auto controlling switch successfully.The two part of work above have been tested in the experiments and in the realworking conditions, which are proved that the designing is satisfactory and all thework make good ready for future expansion and perfection.
